I listen to the movements in your life and am a mirror for you to hear and see yourself more clearly. I provide discernment with questions to deepen listening for your inner callings, reflect what I hear about blocks and barriers, and offer suggestions for moving towards your highest (most centered) self.

Spiritual direction is an experience of slowing down and listening to the sacred and mystical movements of Spirit in our lives. As your director, I will listen deeply to what is present for you in each session. Together we open space for spirit/divine/universe to communicate to you.

The method and the goal in spiritual direction is presence. As your director, my intention is to be present to emotions and to lean into the mystery of what Spirit/universe/God (or another name for divine) is doing in your life.

Cost: $150-250

Emotional and spiritual support for those experiencing grief, loss, or anticipatory grief. This includes but is not limited to loss of a loved one, loss of function/ability, relationship loss, career transition.

I approach grief as something that never goes away but rather shifts and changes. I will be a safe space to talk openly about your loss and hold tenderly how grief is present to you in this moment.
